A reading collection

Writing on the questions the method is built around: freedom, choice, responsibility, authenticity, and what a person is actually looking for when they say they want meaning.

The collection centres on the work of Alfried Längle, the Viennese psychotherapist who founded and formalised existential analysis. It covers both the theory and the practical instruments an analyst uses in session, which makes it useful to working practitioners as well as to readers who came to depth psychology from outside it.
